My favourite sport is Tag Rugby and follow these steps to play.
Step One: Get a pumped ball
It is imperative to have a pumped ball because if you don’t have the person you want to pass to won’t have much grip on the ball.
Step Two: Practice passing
It is efficient to practice passing because if you don’t practice it is easier for the other team to intercept and they will score more trys( points).
Step Three: Eat healthy
You have to eat healthy because if you don’t eat healthy your body won’t carry on running so you’ll be exhausted to run.
Step four: Dodging
In Tag Rugby, you have to dodge because there are a lot of tackles, there are 15 people on a pitch so you have to practice dodging.
Final step: Practice with a friend
Keep practicing such as running, catching, and dodging and soon enough you could play for a winning team.
The benefit of Tag Rugby is you get fitter each time you play a match and it is a very fun thing to do with your friends.
