Future Leaders Academy 2022 February Launch

We are really excited that the Future Leaders Academy 2022 was launched last week.

The 2022 Future Leaders Academy (FLA) committee members also had the opportunity to introduce themselves, speak about the project, speak about the Academy and talk about being a top achiever.

We had two amazing guest speakers who shared their stories and gave the audience some great tips filled with words of wisdom.

Our first guest speaker was Norman Vaughan, an entrepreneur and Dj who has previously worked at Zoom and BT. It was invaluable to hear him talk about networking and the importance of maintaining great relationships.

Our second speaker was Kevin Korgba an author, editor and lecturer who spoke about discovering who you are and finding out what you want to become, which is key is you want to be a top achiever.

As black youth in the UK it is paramount that we are pushing ourselves to be top achievers and the Future Leaders Academy will help us to achieve this goal. There are three key projects that the Future Leaders Academy will be focusing on in 2022 and we hope you get involved.

These projects include:

  1. The Aces Aspire online magazine
  2. Online and offline termly FLA events
  3. Aces Aspire Interviews

If you’re interested in getting involved, you can contact us here.
