Are you looking for a supply chain graduate scheme? Working on global logistics? In a role that helps deliver thousands of different products to millions of customers? Say yes to M&S and you could be behind everything you see in our stores.

There’s an army of amazing people working to get our products to where they need to be safely, quickly and reliably. From all corners of the globe, thousands of different items, from clothes to homeware, make their individual journey to M&S. Join us and you’ll be part of it.

Say yes and you’ll get hands-on experience in Food, General Merchandising and E-Commerce Logistics. Here, you’ll learn about our different systems and strategies, and help overcome challenges; from keeping food cool in summer to getting warm jackets ready for winter.

Working on live projects (with training, don’t worry), you’ll help plan new work, put systems in place and ensure things runs smoothly on the ground. As well as spending time at Head Office in London, you’ll also have a site-based role with our Engineering and Operational departments in our Castle Donington National Distribution Centre. By the time you’ve completed this programme, you’ll have a good idea which area of Logistics you’d like to work in, and have the skills and experience to get started.

If that isn’t enough, you’ll get all sorts of benefits, rewards and perks too. These include a generous salary, holiday entitlement and staff discounts, as well as the opportunity to be part of our pension, Sharesave and bonus schemes.

A degree in Logistics or Engineering would be a major plus. You also need to be a logical thinker who can work through problems carefully and come up with new ways of solving them. If you’re adept at multi-tasking and ready for the challenge of your life, then M&S Logistics could deliver against your career aspirations and more.

So if you want to a role that involves a mind-boggling amount of products, suppliers, stores and people – not to mention plenty of opportunity, say yes to M&S.
